Client: Duck (SC Johnson) | Category: FMCG, Home Care, Toilet Care, Toilet Cleaner & Rim Care | Discipline: POSM, Block Display, Demonstration-Led Retail Activation | Scope: Floor-Standing Block Display Unit, Integrated Product Demonstration Station, Life-Size Celebrity Standee, Range Merchandising, Campaign Header Graphics | Tagline: ไม่เปลืองแรงขัด — Powered by Duck | Ambassador: Kim Seon Ho | Market: Thailand | Agency: Laugh Contagious Communications, Kuala Lumpur

Most block displays merchandise the product and trust the pack to do the talking. The most effective ones do something more — they let the shopper see how the product actually works, right there in the aisle, before they decide. For categories where the mechanic is the selling point — toilet rim cages with a load-and-stamp action, scum-removal claims, multi-flush longevity — a block display that doubles as a demonstration station does far more conversion work than one that simply stacks the SKUs.

The Duck block display — a single retail footprint doing three jobs at once: range merchandiser, product demonstration station, and celebrity destination.

The header campaign KV — ไม่เปลืองแรงขัด, Powered by Duck — bringing the full Duck Triple Action range under one celebrity-led visual world.

For Duck Thailand's Kim Seon Ho block display, we designed exactly that — a multi-function retail island that turns one footprint into three jobs at once. The merchandising tier carries the full Duck Triple Action range (Antibac, Pro, Micellar) across hanging blister-pack racks and a standing bottle base, with the campaign signature ไม่เปลืองแรงขัด — Powered by Duck anchoring the brand world. The integrated demonstration zone — a built-in toilet bowl unit showing the 100% scum removal proof point, paired with a Load 1 / Stamp 2 instructional graphic — gives shoppers a chance to see Duck's mechanic in action before they buy. And the life-size Kim Seon Ho standee, signed and integrated into the structure, turns the whole display into a celebrity destination shoppers walk toward and photograph. Three jobs, one footprint, designed for the Thai modern-trade environment where Duck genuinely competes for the toilet-care aisle.

The block display in modern trade — Duck Thailand on the actual retail floor, where the demonstration-led design earns its place.

In categories where the product's how-it-works is the entire selling point — toilet rim cages, dosage systems, refill mechanics, trigger sprays, ingredient-led tech — a block display that only merchandises is leaving conversion on the table. Demonstration-led POSM lets the shopper experience the mechanic in three dimensions before the purchase, which converts harder than a pack claim alone ever will. As a creative agency in Kuala Lumpur, we design demonstration-led block displays, integrated POSM trial stations, and multi-function retail islands for FMCG, home care, and consumer brands across Thailand, Malaysia, and the wider Southeast Asia region.
