A regional celebrity TVC isn't one film — it's a film property that has to work across markets, across formats, and across the very different ways audiences consume video today. The same Ahn Hyo Seop campaign had to land as a full 30-second broadcast TVC, a 15-second cutdown, and a 6-second digital bumper — across Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines — without losing the emotional thread or the premium register that made the celebrity casting worth the investment in the first place. That's a production and storytelling discipline, not just a shoot.
